INET: BCBSNE Corporate Intranet

INET (not available on the Internet) is Blue Cross Blue Shield Nebraska's corporate intranet site.  Built and designed before my tenure at BCBSNE, I was brought in to develop applications for INET and ensure design compliance.

My development highlights include an online job postings application, WebTrends site analysis reporting and Ultraseek search engine maintenance.  I was also responsible for the guidance and management of numerous projects that included myself and other developers from my team.  My main duties also included maintaining the server (with the Technical Services group), determining new technologies and techniques to use, assisting my manager as necessary, and supervising other developers in my group.
